❄ #ChristmasBloggers Week 3: Christmas Party Make Up, Hair, Outfit and Nails! ❄

ONLY 4 SLEEPS TO CHRISTMAS DAY!

For more info on this series, click here...

Hey guys!
We've made it to Week 3 of #ChristmasBloggers and I've been looking forward to this post for ages. This look would be perfect for a party or even Christmas Day as it's casual yet formal; the style everyone wants to sport! It's so close to Christmas it's insane...

If you try out this look send me pictures via Twitter (@queenofquirk) or Instagram (@dorkyfizzyandquirkystuff) with the hashtag #ChristmasBloggers.

P.S. I went to Wicked the Musical today! I'll fill  you in on how it
went next week.

Hair
This hairstyle mainly works with long or mid-length hair. You can get a hair doughnut at somewhere like Penneys/Primark or Claire's.

First tie your hair into a high ponytail.

Grab your doughnut and put the hole through your ponytail and start twisting it downwards so it forms at top knot.

Wrap the remainders of your hair around the bun and tie it down with a bobbin.

C'est fini. :)

Make up
This make up look includes a spin on the classic smokey eye with
festive silvers.

After you have moisturised and primed, start out your makeup with your foundation or BB cream for that smooth complexion.

Apply concealer to any blemishes or dark circles if necessary.

Apply something on top to set your face makeup like powder or what I used, the POREfessional, which is a primer but it sits well over foundation too.

Take a baby blue shadow and sweep it all over the lid.

Take a silver colour and blend it into the crease.

Dab a white shade onto the lid to add dimension (what am I on about?) also blend it on to your brow bone to highlight.

(It's upside down, whatever)

Photos of me applying mascara and eyeliner are embarrassing but I think you get the gist of it.

Eyes: complete.

Apply a rosy blush so you look alive and well (and no one will ask you how you are 'cos they'll be able to tell! Haha boo doom boom cha! #Lame Joke).

 Lipstick time!
Wear a dark dramatic colour for winter parties.

And that's it!

Outfit
Blazers are fabulous for the Christmas season as they add a formal feel to whatever clothes you're wearing.

Blazer: Bershka
Necklace: Penneys/Primark
Lace Top: Abercrombie & Fitch

Jeans: Bershka
Boots: Dunnes Stores

Nails
More silver, I know, but with the glittery colourful top coat, this nail art is essential for a festivity.

Nail Art Set: Penneys/Primark

I hope you liked my Christmas Party Look!
